B-TEC has been working with Renishaw for many years. As a company we have found their products to meet our needs.

The investment to set up Additive Manufacturing using the Renishaw has met our expectations. B-TEC has spent a great deal of effort to incorporate the Additive Manufacturing process into our production.  B-TEC as a company has seen the benefits of Renishaw's diverse product line. Their quality and service has been second to none.

We are happy to now be using Renishaw's AM 400 and our new addition AM 500Q. These machines will continue to add flexibility to our production process.

 

As we expand our Additive Manufacturing process, unlimited possibilities open up to us on ways to support our customers with greater options. Our ability to make parts with the 3d printing process is an advantage for us and our customers.

Now with the addition of the Ren AM 500Q we have included the addition of the quad lasars to our capabilities. It’s a multi-laser AM system featuring four high-power 500 W lasers. Each of these laser sources can access the entire powder bed surface at the same time. Hence, we can achieve considerably higher build rates when compared to similar systems.
